Cougar Club - September 3, 2025

Cougar Club, is a monthly gathering for peers to network, gather, create new friendships, and celebrate midlife magic. Each month focuses on a different theme and features guest DJs with resident DJ Dawna. NA options widely available along with specialty craft booths and the event begins early so you can be home at a reasonable time. All going down at The Ship!

Rich Auntie$ (Dr. Violet Dream and DJ cQuence) will be guesting on September 3rd with the theme of "Sports". Theme attire encouraged.

Lid Off Film Festival October 17th-19th, 2025

A cinematic celebration in the Grassroots Art Capital of Kansas! Join us for three day of visionary film screenings, stirring live poetry and a closing party for each evening.

Experimental. Poetic. Unforgettable.

Dr. Violet Dream will be playing bops on Saturday's closing party.

J. Rieger & Co. Halloween Special - October 25, 2025

Kansas City's original distillery established in 1887 which was shuttered by Prohibition and revived in 2014 located in the Electric Park district.

For their annual Halloween Party the Rich Autie$ (Dr. Violet Dream and DJ cQuence) will be DJing outside in the electric park garden! A complete open air, garden bar filled with green space, fire pits and a food truck.

Open air patio space to enjoy food, drinks, and music.

Daturday Night - November 1, 2025

The college town of Lawrence has one of the best crowds that filter through the Replay Lounge. The 24 year old boutique hiphop label Datura Records hosts a monthly event at Replay Lounge the first Saturday of every month. Rich Auntie$ (Dr. Violet Dream and DJ cQuence) have been guest DJ-ing the night from time to time. And we will be back in November!

This night is all about shaking the week off and getting a little rowdy. Come out to enjoy, celebrate, and twerk it out
