Join us for the ever popular and one of a kind annual Charlotte Street Foundation Gala on Saturday October 21, 2023. Charlotte Street is an organization that provides special funding and studio space to visual and generative performing artists in the Kansas City area.
This year's theme is Dada Funhouse - Absurd Carnival! The theme is inspired by a small amusement park in from the 1980's called Luna Luna which was designed by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Salvador Dalí, Keith Haring, David Hockney, Roy Lichtenstein, and others.
There will be a carnival tent outdoors featuring cuisine, cocktails, and games. Indoors you can catch live music, interactive room experiences, get your fortune read, and join the dance party with me in the main gallery.
